cARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash on a normal cycle, separately in cold water using a mild, pH-neutral detergent.
Do not soak for long periods, as this may cause colors to bleed.
Avoid wringing or twisting—gently squeeze out excess water.
Do not bleach.
Expect some irregularities—these are signs of the hand-printing process and part of the fabric's unique character.
A Note on Scent:
Some fabrics may carry a scent from the artisanal printing and finishing processes in India — a trace of the environment they were created in. It's the smell of ink, earth, and time — of workshops filled with carved wooden blocks and sun-dried cloth. This scent is completely natural and will fade with a bit of air or the first wash, but we like to think of it as a little whisper from where the fabric began.
