Where can I buy your patterns?

Patterns are available exclusively on Etsy and for our Canadian audience, we are stocked at https://www.simplififabric.com/. Fabric is sold here on this website.

When will my FABRIC order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped twice a week (usually within 1–3 business days of purchase).

Can I track my FABRIC order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Europe & UK, and Australia & Asia-Pacific regions only.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location to ensure fair pricing and the best available rates via Shippo.

If your country is not listed at checkout, it means we don’t currently ship there — but please reach out and we will try to make it possible!

Can I return or exchange fabric?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on cut fabric. Please reach out if you have any questions before ordering. We’re happy to assist!

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If something’s not right ,contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
